Medical Sauna’s Full Spectrum heaters represent a revolution in sauna heater technology and can provide an invigorating session unlike anything you've ever experienced before. Most other infrared saunas only offer heaters that release infrared waves near one end of the spectrum, which means that the healing benefits from those sauna sessions are diminished.

Our heating technology in our Medical Saunas offer a full spectrum of wavelengths: near, mid, and far infrared. A full spectrum heater is important because each spectrum of infrared waves provides different levels of skin penetration and light therapy. This means that you will get even more benefits in your sauna session and will truly start to feel more relaxed and healthier, each and every sauna session.

Free Delivery – Estimated Arrival: 7–10 Business Days
Curbside Delivery is included at no extra charge and ships via freight to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Your massage chair will be delivered to your driveway, carport, or first-floor entryway (no stairs). Please verify the box dimensions to ensure it fits through your door. Assembly is required and typically takes 30–90 minutes depending on the model.

Threshold Delivery – Estimated Arrival: 7–10 Business Days
Threshold Delivery includes freight shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. The delivery team will bring your massage chair just inside your home on the ground level (no stairs). As with curbside delivery, assembly is required and takes approximately 30–90 minutes. Be sure to confirm doorway clearance ahead of time.

White Glove Delivery – Estimated Arrival: 10–16 Business Days
Our White Glove Service includes in-home delivery and full assembly. Your massage chair will be shipped to a White Glove delivery partner, who will reach out to schedule your preferred delivery date and time.
A two-person team will deliver the chair to your room of choice (up to two flights of stairs), unpack it, and complete the setup. While they are professional furniture installers, they may not have prior experience with your specific massage chair model.

Hawaii & Alaska Shipping Fee
An additional $500 shipping charge applies to all orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. This surcharge covers the increased cost of freight and extended delivery logistics required for these non-continental U.S. locations.

RETURN POLICY

Once you receive the chair, you have 7 days to use the chair. If you are unhappy with your chair for whatever reason, please call us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. You can return the chair within 7 days of receiving it. Please remember that all items for return should be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for all freight shipping charges and white glove fees, as well as a 25% restocking fee no matter what was offered when you purchase the chair.

After receiving the massage chair and inspection, we will issue a refund of the chair. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in resalable condition, including all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days RMA was issued.

Accessories are refundable within 7 days minus a 25% restocking fee and the shipping fees. Massage chair covers are non-refundable because they are hand tailored to fit the chair. All sales are final after the 7 day trial period. The 7 day trial for the massage chair only applies to internet orders. All other orders including cash sale are final. There are no refunds offered on cash purchases. However, if you do not like the chair, you can always pay the difference to upgrade to a different model.
