Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 30-day return window on most items unless otherwise noted on the product page. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Some brands have their own specific return policies.
Q. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they haven’t shipped. Please email us immediately at support@reformerworks.com to request a cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it will be subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.
Q. WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?
Please inspect all shipments at the time of delivery. If you see any visible damage to the box, note “Suspect Damage” on the delivery receipt—even if you haven’t opened it yet.
If your item arrives damaged:

We are based in California, with fulfillment partnerships and warehouses throughout the United States to ensure fast, efficient shipping.
Q. DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?
We are 100% online-only, which allows us to eliminate brick-and-mortar overhead and pass those savings directly to you. Most customers also qualify for no sales tax outside of California, often saving between $100 and $1,000+ on large purchases.

Q. DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Yes — Reformer Works is based in California and we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to California addresses.
Orders shipped outside of California are generally not subject to sales tax, unless required by local laws in your shipping state (based on economic nexus or other tax regulations).
Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Q. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
