White Glove Delivery

Estimated Arrival: 10–16 Business Days
Our White Glove Service includes in-home delivery and full assembly. Your massage chair will be shipped to a White Glove delivery partner, who will reach out to schedule your preferred delivery date and time.
A two-person team will deliver the chair to your room of choice (up to two flights of stairs), unpack it, and complete the setup. While they are professional furniture installers, they may not have prior experience with your specific massage chair model.

Hawaii & Alaska Shipping Fee
An additional $500 shipping charge applies to all orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. This surcharge covers the increased cost of freight and extended delivery logistics required for these non-continental U.S. locations.

7 DAY RETURN POLICY

Once you receive the chair, you have 7 days to use the chair. If you are unhappy with your chair for whatever reason, please call us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. You can return the chair within 7 days of receiving it. Please remember that all items for return should be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for all freight shipping charges and white glove fees, as well as a 25% restocking fee no matter what was offered when you purchase the chair.

After receiving the massage chair and inspection, we will issue a refund of the chair. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in resalable condition, including all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days RMA was issued.

Accessories are refundable within 7 days minus a 25% restocking fee and the shipping fees. Massage chair covers are non-refundable because they are hand tailored to fit the chair. All sales are final after the 7 day trial period. The 7 day trial for the massage chair only applies to internet orders. All other orders including cash sale are final. There are no refunds offered on cash purchases. However, if you do not like the chair, you can always pay the difference to upgrade to a different model.
