- Consumer use is defined as personal use by a single person or family in a home setting.
- Warranty is non-transferrable from original purchaser.
- Labor for repairs is covered during the first year at the factory.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, paint discoloration, chipping, or rust.
- Warranty does not cover unauthorized alterations or service.
Heart Rate Inc. (H.R.I.) liability is limited strictly to repair or replacement of defective parts. No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is provided beyond the above. No person, firm, or corporation is authorized to assume any additional liability on behalf of H.R.I.
All warranty claims must be made within 15 days of receiving goods. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be authorized. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
