Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective for all purchases from Reformer Works

Standard Returns

We accept returns on unused or defective items within 30 days of the order date, unless noted otherwise by the brand. Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Some returns may be subject to restocking fees up to 25%.

  • Proof of purchase is required if we are unable to verify your order.

To initiate a return, please contact our team at support@reformerworks.com for approval and return instructions. Do not ship items without prior authorization.


Medical Breakthrough Massage Chairs & Medical Saunas – 7-Day Return Policy

These brands follow a strict 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

  • Items must be returned in original packaging and resalable condition.

  • 25% restocking fee, freight shipping charges, and white glove service fees apply regardless of promotional offers.

  • Refunds will be processed upon inspection.

Important Exceptions:

  • Accessories: Refundable within 7 days, minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping.

  • Massage Chair Covers: Non-refundable, as they are custom-made.

  • All sales are final after 7 days, unless upgrading to a different model (price difference applies).

  • Cash purchases are non-refundable.


Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

For freight shipments:

  • Note visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • If damage appears severe (e.g., forklift damage), refuse the delivery and notify us within 24 hours.

For concealed damage:

  • Open all packages within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Take clear photos and report damage to support@reformerworks.com within 24 hours to file a claim.

  • Failure to report damage within 24 hours voids eligibility for return or refund.

For approved damaged or defective returns, we will issue a full refund or exchange at no cost.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before a shipping label or Bill of Lading is created, or before custom production begins.

  • Custom-made items cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.


Exchanges

You may request an exchange by contacting support@reformerworks.com.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, unless due to damage or defect.


Chargebacks

We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and transparently. Please contact us directly at support@reformerworks.com before initiating any disputes.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback is considered theft and may be prosecuted. If you’re experiencing an issue, let us help — we’re here to make things right.
